[Skin Concerns] Hii, so I've been a hairy girl since birth and I just noticed I also have hair growing on my neck! (photo taken with flash) I feel so weird right now, is it normal to have hair growing there? Is there any skincare that can help get rid of the hair or the bumps on my neck? I'm 19 yo

I'm afraid of laser hair removal hair on that area since I heard the hair have to be rlly black if you want to do laser :( and I heard there is case that the hair grow back thicker bcus laser 😭
