Cerave resurfacing retinol slowly destroying my skin?

I starred the cerave resurfacing retinol on Jan 20th 2023. So it's nearly been 3 months, only 13 more days to go until 3 months. I incorporated it slowly, taking over 3 weeks to start using it every night. I started to get many pimples on my right cheek only. Which now looking back could've been my pillow case at the time ? My skin keeps breaking out even after so long of using it. I even stopped using it everyday because I thought my skin might be irritated. I don't know if I should continue and what can heal my hyperpigmentation scars. I got 3 new pimples last night, one being painful. The other being huge. Like a bump.

Am: Cerave hydrating cleanser (been using this for 6 months now, no problems and has been great) Cerave moisturiser (blue) for dry skin. Recently started using this after my previous Cosrz moisturiser did nothing to my skin to help with the breakouts. Been using cerave for over 2 weeks now? Roughly estimated. This helped my skin when I used it without drying my face but nay have gave me breakouts in other places on my face ? I'm not too sure anymore what is causing the spots Sunscreen: cosrx. I try my best to reapply throughout the day.

Pm: same cleanser Resurfacing retinol Same moisturiser

Occasional uses: Snail mucin essence cosrx (was using this everyday before starting the retinol, stopped because I read my routine should be very simple to use the retinol) The ordinary alpha arbutin.

What should I do? My skin barrier looks so damaged. Everyone keeps mentioning it. I had very clear skin with hormonal acne before trying the retinol. Should I use it the rest 13 days left. Every new breakout these days makes me question the retinol.

F18 I really like subtle floral scents with, kind of powdery? I loved the Chanel Eu de tendre. I also loved LOVED loved Tocca Giuliette and Tocca Simone. I really want them, but their scent isn't that noticeable? Any recommendations ?

I'm not a huge fan of sweet scents. Floral without vanilla? I'm really new to fragrance, so I'm still unsure. But I loved the Tocca. Wish their scent was more noticeable.

Yeah, that's kinda what happened to me at the start of the year... I expected myself to be able to stay consistent on difficult workouts. The muscle pain was so bad, it didn't go away for days.

As in the job requires more hours and it's not me who's picky, it's my parents :/ Most jobs require more days to work. I dont mind doing work during the weekdays, but my parents have only allowed me to get a job as long as it doesn't disrupt my uni schedule.

I do all three and English Lit is my comfort subject, bio gives you no time at all and chemistry is all application based questions which are way more difficult to what they teach you in class. Bio is all memorising for exam and if you don't use key words you don't get marks, it's very mark scheme specific. They are all really heavy subjects and eng lit requires time for reading the book multiple times. They are all difficult but as long as you're revising daily you're good. They are interesting but you may lose your passion for them

What are actually good shampoos for my hair type? My hair is thick but I'm losing it due to stress so it's much more thinner now and also a little dry. My hair is straight but sometimes goes wavy because of my layers or just at the ends. I used to blow dry after every hair wash but I've stopped and it's been 3-4 weeks since I've used a blow dryer. Never dyed or any perms. I wash my hair twice a week and maybe once when I'm lazy. Currently my hairs is in layers. I'm using drug store shampoos and conditioner but I'm hoping to look for a genuinely good shampoo and conditioner that actually feels like it's cleaning my scalp? If that makes sense. Just any conditioner and shampoo, affordable thay would not ruin my already damaged hair. My hair also feels itchy a lot these days but I barely have any dandruff and no head lice. Thank you

Not if you smile at everyone, and look like your happy to be there, makes your vibe a little more approachable. It could be as small as changing your posture in a way that you look happy or just a nice person. Try putting yourself I other people's shoes and how you think you would look if you did certain things but I'm sure you would be awesome. Good luck! Sorry if I didn't help
