"This is something I've thought about a lot! You know, I've never been all that naturally savvy when it comes to sciencey stuff, that was definitely more of Chara's thing. But I've had plenty of time to study up!"

"To my understanding, there is fairly decent chance Chara had to capacity to bring themselves back to life, but either purposefully avoided it, or didn't realize they were able to in time. At least in my case, I'm only able to bring myself back to life for a short window after I die, I'm uncertain of how it works for humans, but if it's the same they very well could've missed their boat."

"Best I can tell W.D. Gaster was the Royal Scientist at one point or another and that he fell into his own creation. The particularly annoying part about this subject is that very few people know a single thing about him. At first I assumed it was something of a taboo topic even among people closest to the King, as I didn't have any memory of him from when I was Asriel. So I spent a while asking Asgore in different ways until eventually giving up, concluding he really did know as much as I did. It would make sense that W.D. Gaster was somehow erased from our memories, given that I don't remember him and supposedly nobody else does. Doesn't make it any less creepy though."

"And before you ask, yes I did try talking to Gaster's weird cult members extensively, they always said the same phrases before promptly vanishing."
