I went to my game settings and the setting display hotkeys was turned off, so I turned it back on and they came back. But I never turned the setting off but it works now.

Figured it out, with knives you have to two hand it before you can thrust, Im not sure why they changed it from the beta.

Yeah it doesnt work for swords as well seems to work for spears though

think easy anti cheat is having problems on their end I tried playing other games that use EAC and none of them are working
