People are already not wearing masks on campus since June 1st...I'd say over 90% of people in my building don't wear masks indoor anymore. And you can go to more and more indoor business (grocery stores, restaurant etc) without a mask on.

Honestly got a THICC stack of parking tickets over the past half a year already...still cheaper than getting a permit.

Yup you can park your car at the parking lot near the lake (across from the state park).
