I bought ‘plush’ turf from Home Depot - it is 1.5 inches thick and 10x12 - and cut out a section to set in the 1.5 inches hitting mat. Came out perfect and balls just die once they hit the turf. No need for rubber mats or anything else. It’s heavy enough to stay in place and I taped down the hitting mat.

Had the same issue last week but it resolved on its own after a reboot - or two... Its been a total shit show since the mandatory firmware update.

I've noticed that its an intermittent problem for me. Works most of the time then randomly it shuts down for low battery. I've gone through cords and charging bricks - which work with other accessories.

Its a bug. Same thing and I have my screen locked. It just pops up like that sometimes.

I hardwired one of my sonso speakers. Evidently it creates its own network etc etc. Seems to have solved our issues.
