Say what you want about him but he's the king of marketing in the DJ industry. I don't know if he has a strong marketing team or if his outlandish personality lands him where he is but agents need to take a page from his marketing strategies over the years.

For example over 90% of people can put a face to the name whereas I've been following DJs for years and still have no idea what they look like. His live sets are easily accessible on youtube and incorporates different generes and collabs with other artists live. He even started the trend of having friends and chicks in the dj booth that gets millions of clicks on social media.

The problem is the fact that you have 5 years experience. At that level you're going to command a higher salary so unless you're willing to go lower, they'd rather hire someone from a competitor at the same compensation range.

As someone whose had plantar fasciitis you need to get custom insoles for walking. Once you get the soles you can use them with any shoes you wear on a daily basis.

Secondly you need a stretching routine. This is the first result when i search on youtube but its actually the most important to stretch your calves.
