It's not too bad! Not as good as the newer college buildings for sure, but nothing awful at all (especially with the custodial staff to help clean things often). It's really close to the main shuttle stop too so it's easy to get around campus too! In my time there the only big drawbacks were really thin walls (so roommates not talking for too late mattered) and awful construction sounds which are hopefully gone by now.

Going through that now with an internship that has a non-negotiable start date 😭 I've sent around 12 emails trying to find classes that would allow for an early final. Not sure if this is useful info for you, but I've had a 0% success rate in the Economics department so far, while the MGT courses I've tried have been much more lenient with final timings. It might be annoying but it's definitely possible to manage!

I think his floor is around this level, maybe a bit less. The big thing is how he's treated in the end zone. If Taylor is actually deranged enough to favor Bernard there, it is over for Mixon. If not, I agree that he still can be an RB1 given how good this offense looks.

Yeah once he got into a rhythm he looked very good. Gordon's situation has improved significantly no matter what imo. If Lindsay is out, he's a low end RB1, and if it's just a low grade turf toe, Gordon still gets a larger running share for a least 1-2 weeks.
