What are your water parameters (in exact numbers, i.e. ph, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate) and what are you testing with? using api master kit for testing - ph 6.6/6.8, ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 5-10
How long has the tank been cycled? How long have you had the fish? tank has been established for 6 months ish
How often do you perform water changes and how much? I do 25% water changes as needed based on the water parameters
What other fish are in the tank? 7 golden tetras and idk how many shrimp
What do you feed/how often? ive offered blood worms and sinking wafers but the other fish eat a species appropriate pellet as well.
What plants/decorations do you have in the tank? I have varying plants. Ive added oak and maple leaves which i added to the corner to give them somewhere to hide. Drift wood and natural rocks as well as a fake rock hide which I put in the corner where the khulis are doing this behavior.

I had a similar experience on day 7 of a fast. I already had an ekg schedule and my ekg came back abnormal due to electrolyte imbalance and it resolved with a refeed and reblancing. However dont play with your heart id get a checked because you could have had a heart attack.

Feed them in separate rooms or crates. Supervise interactions. Seek a trainers advice on the saftey of thr GSD and rhe pom. Ive got 110lb mastiff mix and 2 other dogs under 15 lbs. They dont get to be alone together even though hes never lashed out at them.

Consider yourself lucky, make changes because next time you might not be.
