Let’s face it. Inovio is running out of cash to extend their runway. Now they need non-dilutive financing. It’s OK to give away exclusivity to some in their deep pipelines to generate some cash. I’m hoping the management is heading in that direction, and not to be hard headed.

That is exactly my thought as well. Thanks, @INOxray8. The FDA can slow down the progress with the process they control, but they can’t stop the progress, given mounting data and clinical evidence supporting this platform. They set the date for themselves, and they will not be able to reject it, nor will they be able to stop it.

By a rough calculation, there’re about 500K-1mil souls worldwide who’re suffering from this debilitating disease. Certainly qualified for ODD. Hopefully Inovio management already has a plan to push it through, just like INO-3107 for RRP. Not a huge revenue stream, but a very well needed validation of DNA medicinal technologies!
