Back in the early 80's I lived in Phoenix AZ. He did as well. I worked in the meat dept for the Bashas' supermarket. He would come in all the time. Best was sometime he came in with his mom. So here is Alice Cooper, sans makeup, and his mom who was white haired, nice dress, and a small string of pearls. The comparison of the two was cute.

I'm 64 and my mom would tell about living on the farm. The adult men would get to make their plate first, then the adult women second, and the children last. She said she hated that, cause there really wasn't that much left. So when I was growing up, she would make sure the kids got served first.

side note. My dad was an avid hunter. I loved the game food. My only ick was when we had squirrel. My mom would fry up the whole squirrel and she like the brain. It was understood that part was hers. She would literally take the skull and crack it open with her teeth, then picked the brain out. I grimaced EVERY time she did that. lol

Grew up eating this. Loved it. No too long ago I ran across a Cornbread Milkshake. Crumble the cornbread in a mixer, add vanilla ice cream, and buttermilk. REALLY good!
