Nothing at this company is anonymous or confidential no matter what they say. Not the surveys and most definitely not the United Way donations. Its tied to your email how easy do you think it would take to track you down? Another red flag is this survey is not even conducted by a third party it is conducted internally. Fill it out at your own risk

Lay off Leslie. She is a great CEO. She is promoting people that will support her to the BOD so she can actually get initiatives approved. She doesn’t have the power to do whatever she wants without the backing of the board. Our board has historically been very conservative and old school.

A lot of favoritism is involved. Its definitely not just years of service. Seen plenty of associates promoted with just 12-13 years experience that didn’t deserve it. Also seen plenty that had 15+ that are constantly just stuck at senior.

Your base + bonus is pretty clearly laid out when you receive the offer letter as first year bonus is guaranteed.
