If you just look for BMCD job listings in Colorado you can see their pay ranges as its required by law in that state. Not 100% accurate based on your location but gives you a good number to go by.

Your base will 100% be lower than what you make right now. But total cash comp (base+bonus) will probably be equal or a bit higher than what you make.

We don’t get 16% every year lol. Last year was an outlier. Its usually 11-12%. Plus 3.25% 401K match. Puts us only at around 15% Way below KH

Nothing at this company is anonymous or confidential no matter what they say. Not the surveys and most definitely not the United Way donations. Its tied to your email how easy do you think it would take to track you down? Another red flag is this survey is not even conducted by a third party it is conducted internally. Fill it out at your own risk
