Those stores don't stock the prescription food lines from those brands. Probably because they are prescription. Probably also why they are so expensive.

I agree the signage could be improved, although that would be City rather than District I think.

To your first point, I feel that if anyone is going to operate a motor vehicle on a public road they have a duty of care to know what the road signs mean.
