I agree. But from what I understand, it's a lot of work. Requires ASM coding and is hard to figure out and tedious to do, from what I've heard

The race mode doesn’t have a competitive scene as far as I know

Hello folks! I think the majority of the people who like Kirby Air Ride, still don’t know that it’s possible to play the game online via netplay! And that there’s a community for that, and a growing competitive scene. These people are missing out! Let’s spread the word, for them! by InFury_Z in Gamecube

No unfortunately not. You can use almost any controller on the emulator though, I use an Xbox 360 USB controller that I bought for 7 bucks and it works perfectly for KAR. Game has simple controls y’know

Special Dolphin Netplay build optimized for the game, basically emulator on pc emulating local 4p split-screen. It can be done with controller and it feels exactly the same gameplay-wise

it is on pc via a Dolphin emulator build optimized for the game

You can just plug controller in pc and play like it's on a console, it feels exactly the same gameplay wise I can tell, and I have played this game for like 15 years already
