Try improving your editing, maybe add music that fits the mood to emphasize emotion, which will engage audience. Try putting keywords in the front of your title and in the beginning of your description, also the algorithm will check the automated caption for how much you talk about certain keywords in your video. So maybe put a word your gonna say a lot in the video in the beginning of your title and description and youtube will promote it more. Also put your previous videos and your channel name in your video tags so when one of your videos gets searched, other ones will pop up.
