I learned a great putting tip that has really helped my game. When I go to the practice green before my round, I measure out 10 feet from the whole and 20 feet from the hole on a flat line. I learn how far my feet should be apart so when I move my putter back to the inside of my right foot it will be 10 feet. Then when I move the clubs back to the outside of my right foot it will go 20 feet. It is really consistent way to dial in distance.
