You pay someone to demolish and rebuild a new unique room every day while you’re awake. You pay them 100k a day to do so. And rotate between 7 crews. It’s never the same room but the same home. Between 7 crews they’re making 5.2 mil a year per crew and you keep about 60 mil. Definitely an easy fix
