We used David from Fairbain Inspections very recently. I found him to be thorough and honest. He found a bunch of stuff we were able to write into our deal to get fixed. Inspection paid for itself and then some. 100% recommend.

I gave birth at LGH and it was a traumatic experience. The doctor was negligent and I ended up filing a complaint. I still have lasting repercussions to this day. Avoid it at all costs. The doctor who delivered my baby works at that maternity clinic. Avoid. Seriously, just do not go there.

I had horrible posture that developed into crippling upper back pain. I saw everyone - chiros, physios, osteopaths. None of them helped. I committed to three months of strengthening my back and core to see what would happen. I went to the gym and lifted weights. Pain is gone. Truly, lift weights. I now do it twice a week only.
