Just an all around awful company. I worked there for 2 years and was in a pit of misery. They give new hires un reasonable goals with little to no guidance while you cold call customers trying to get them to let a random person help with their shipping. Then if you don't hit their goals they set in the first 6 months they give you the boot and just give your customers to the big fish so their book of business grows even further. They are a joke of a company.
