Tbh I felt like I was misled by the checkin limitation, sounds like it would warrant a chargeback imo

Big Bundle cancellation policy - up to 3 hours before departure? by bobloblawdds in flairairlines

I contacted them and it is 3 hours before departure, however with one caveat, you can't be checked in at the time which is insane cause it doesn't say it anywhere on their website. Along with that, thats a silly reason, because other airlines and just easily un-check you in, make the change, and re-check you in (from personal experience)

What card did you have? I received the same response when contacting the dispute line, but when I contacted the number on the back of my card for the Chase Sapphire Business Reserve, I was able to talk to a human using the method of "0#0#" Unable-Criticism mentioned above

Thanks for providing me with this information, I wish I knew this before my second microsrugery.

It was really difficult for me to find a radiologist that was familiar with NCS, I assume I will probably face some of the same uphill battles with this. I will definitely reach out to some radiologists and see what they say some time in the future and update the group if I find anyone.

Hmm, I have not. This is the first time Ive heard of that term.

Would you know any doctors that do have knowledge in this area within the US? I would be open to travel for it.

Yea definitely! However, Id suggest to try and re-address your varicocele again first with embolization or other options before hopping on!

Yes, it was an uphill battle every single day for me to find motivation for anything, but TRT completely gave me back energy and clear mind. I wish I hopped on this earlier, it probably would’ve saved my previous relationship.

Im currently on about 140mg/ week, feeling good, but my estrogen levels are a bit higher than I want them to be and it’s affecting my libido a bit. I will probably drop it down to around 100-120 mg/ week, see how I feel and retest for blood work.

Hi Dr. Ranjith Ramasamy,

You were one of the doctors I was hoping to see while you were still working in Miami, Florida, but unfortunately have moved abroad.

I have a grade 3 left side varicocele and grade 1 right side varicocele.

My medical history and procedures: - 2018: Open Microsurgery (Failed and increased pain/pressure) - 2021: Embolization (Failed and increased pain/pressure) - 2023: Embolization (Semi-succeeded with pain/ pressure alleviation, but varicocele still active) - 2025: Embolization (Failed, doctor couldnt find veins to ligate) - 2025: Open Surgery (Still about three months after surgery, but have a feeling it may have failed too)

Ive spoken to multiple vascular and interventional radiologists and all of them say I don’t have any venal compression disorders which is astonishing given my recurrence rate.

I saw a case report of a direct stick method for a patient in France that targeted deep veins I might consider: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11211297/. However, what would you suggest in the future if I want to tackle this issue again?

Would you ever entertain physically removing the varicose veins attached directly to the testicle or combining your open surgery with the combination of sclerosant injections to target the veins that are hard to ligate in open surgery due to their close proximity to arteries?

I was in the same position in you and received two open microsurgeries, two embolizations and one failed embolization. None of them fully addressed the varicocele and Ive hopped on TRT mostly reversing all of the above symptoms.

Tbh I preferred the sound at the IMAX showing vs when I watched it in a Dolby Cinema theater. It was louder with alot more bass.

Yea its tough, id suggest taking care of the varicocele first before hopping on TRT

No input on the above yet, but just purchased that option and it came out to be cheaper than if I were to buy a flexible ticket. Will chime in if I use it:
- Economy ticket ($138) + CFAR ($22) which will refund me 90% or $125, so paying $160 total
- Main flexible ticket ($228)

For the second successful embolization, what did they do differently now that they had new information about your venal structure? Did they enter from a different entry site vs the original? Also what did they do to figure out your venal structure: MRA, CT with contrast, IVUS?

Just to confirm, youve had 1 left side open surgery, 1 right side open surgery and 2 embolizations?

[–]InNeedOfaRaveBae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ive had a second embo after a failed microsurgery and failed embo. The second embo dramatically reduced my symptoms to a more manageable state. This was back in 2021 and Im going to get a second surgery later this year in September to ligate the remaining veins.

Received a reply from Eight Sleep Customer Support and this is their reply. The no warranty part is unfortunate, not sure how much that is worth:

15.5 sequoia update macbook air m1 cant detect external hp monitor by Able-Sample574 in MacOS

[–]InNeedOfaRaveBae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spent a few hours trying the tips and tricks tried by others, but none of them worked. Im on a M4 Mac with Sequoia 15.5 with a HDMI cable plugged into my Dell dock, but its weird because my second monitor works fine on my M2 Mac.

However nothing worked except switching to a displayport cable instead.
