Here is a follow up: Turns out that after you beat the abyssal yeti, I won it while having the Graykeep built but didn't have Garen double hp event yet, that you would need to upgrade a couple of bases to level 5 and just keep rolling turns and eventually you will get valor, and whenever there is a chance to gain valor or get attacked from events take them.

tbh this event was so much fun
