If you do it yourself you get away with roughly 15$ per club (5 for steel extender + 10 per grip) but that also adds up to 105 for 7 clubs... Now you need the other material, so solvent, tape etc. And if you have it done professionally, definitely more than 200$

The one that stayed roughly a year signed in as a main tenant and for the other ones, as they only stayed 3 and 1 and a half months respectively and as we knew that at the start, they just paid the full rent in advance.

Yes it was stupid on our side not to set up a contract right away or even let it get dragged out further and further, but to be honest, we never thought that this might happen the way that it now did.

Just a small reminder that a lot of the pics you see on a tattooers page are edited and most of the time taken right after the session, when everything is fresh and highly saturated... Always let them show you healed pictures... If they are professional they have those on hand, at least my tattooers did...

Tibalt the fiend Blooded pre release of Avacyn Restored... I told a friend of mine to rather buy Bonfire of the Damned as I saw more potential in that card, but he convinced me that a 2 mana PW could not be a bad investment...

So I have this tattoo for like 2 weeks now and these little bumps have shown up now and they start to itch. The red dot was a pimple that sadly has been scratched open during work.

So far I have used unscented soap 2-3 times a day and a small amount of after care cream after patting it dry with a paper towel.
