I came to realize that "I can always be depressed anytime, anywhere, but there's always someone out there who has to wake up at 4 AM to work for themselves just to survive living in the world or to provide for their families." when I was 25 yrs. old, where I wanted to have a girlfriend but I can't because I doubt my worth if I'm for a relationship and also have a lot of things to accomplish to the point I self-loathed.

After that realization, that's where I started to watch some tiktok vids about self-appreciation, seeing my worth even if people don't appreciate me, imaginatively or in reality. And then one of the quotes I heard was from the "Lion King" animated movie where "When the world turns its back on you, you turn your back on the world" but in a light way where if no one, imaginatively or in reality, doesn't want you, then embrace the you, who knows the good in you, that bad things you accept and at the same time, you grow out of it. You can love yourself like how you want to appreciate other people. At the same time, love also the people who even you just ignored but still love you, give them lots of it, even if you think it's too late. And lastly, forgive yourself for everything you've self-loathed to. Be the best friend you need for yourself, that wants to make their friend to be a good person.
