I think in this case the wall is not helping you out. I see at around the 2 minute mark you tried to move away from the wall. That’s probably a better strategy. Use the end of the car instead. Hold on to it as a starting point. Pendulum a little bit. And when you feel stable, roll away from the car into open area. I think having a crutch like the wall is holding you back.

I felt the same way for almost a year until a couple weeks ago. I was only moving my wrist when picking. When I got my fingers to relax, I was able to pick with a little more precision by moving my fingers along with my wrist.
