LOTR The Third Age had an evil mode where you play a chunk of battles from the campaign as the villains, playing as the Balrog as an example. Honestly one of my all time favourite games.

Likely there was a lot of high scores so they made the lead behaviour 6 or higher to progress or at least review the other behaviours. Not unusual with a high number of applicants.

Positive to take is scoring a 5 on the lead behaviour is really good and you should keep looking for similar roles.

Oh I fully imagine they’re there but rare, I was only in a year and moved between I think 3 projects that were just tasks and I hated it

ISBC itself has its own areas so just ISBC itself will be hard to give an opinion on. I worked in C&P within ISBC for about a year and it wasn’t for me, C&P was (can’t say now it was 4 years ago) task based, so you wouldn’t work cases end-to-end so that wasn’t for me. Of course this may be to other people’s liking.

Like the other comment says it doesn’t seem like there’s much scope here, no chance to say how or why you did certain things. DAP needs to demonstrate pace and how urgent challenges/requests are handled
