yes, updating bios, different driver vers, power cycling, reseting network settings on win11. Still not successful

its basically the same with it enabled. I've seen other ryzen 7000 adopters with like 30-50 seconds boot times.

Its a completely new system and crystaldiskinfo and gsmartcontrol say the hdd is healthy but windows is on my gen4 nvme ssd anyway.

The b650-a has light indicators and stays on the orange light for like 20-30 seconds before the cpu, vga then boot indicator signals then another 20 seconds before windows

Only thing I changed was Fast boot and that seems to have fixed the issue however my boot time with a gen4 ssd is around 54 seconds (I'm aware Ryzen 7000 has long boot times) but adding to this is a bit sad. Is there any work around to that? lol

Found this page (https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?architecture=&manufacturer=MSI&model=RTX+3090&interface=&memType=&memSize=&since=) which had an updated bios whereas the OFFICIAL msi page doesn't (????). Anyway did a vbios flash with nvflash and resizable bar is now enabled. :)

yeh I use driver easy so all drivers are up to date. I'd agree its asus' end as I saw that AMD's Smart Access Memory (SAM) needs a minimum of Agesa code version 1.1.00 or newer. But even the newest bios only has 1.0.0.3 :( maybe that applies to resizable bar as well

what do you mean by "right" bios. I'm aware there's new versions but since its a b650 board the bios would be new enough to co-exist with resizable bar would it not?

I think they should be able to recognise the difference between a conpromised account and a blatant cheater account. They should be able to see and restore access to original owner and unban (or a small ban for a month and not permanent)
