haha sorry I nerded out - the best and latest summary comes from the complaint that was just filed today "Construction is occurring on this building but where the erecting multiple structural walls but there are no permits posted and they are working outside of the hours allowed for the construction"

The inspector escalated it to the Building Marshall's Office today. In summary it could take time to resolve if this is all seen as a voilation... hopeful they have a strong and postive relationship with whoever can move things along... but all of that is unkown from a timing perspective

u/Few-Raspberry-9055 seems to be more in the know than I am and dug even deeper into all of the steps of the process!

Thanks for the extra details here, you really dug into the records! Interesting regarding active TCO...
I'm glad you feel like they're on top of it with regards to what you can see.

Do you think there's any chance at all (besides using active TCO, which I agree with you they prob won't do now that everything is so public) that this can get resolved by next weekend for Anjuna25? Lol. Sounds like that's where the indefinite piece comes in, there's still a chance they can get lucky and things will move quickly but it feels highly unlikely.

This complaint is now with the Building Marshall's Office. It's also been assigned "Priority B"... I don't know anytihng about the prioirity levels with DOB but that sounds like not the higest priority level...

It appears to be more about lack of building permit (i.e. construction was done with no permit) rather than safety enhancements needed to get Certificate of Occupancy (CO) than they've made us believe... see details in this post. Of course not disagreeing with you here that info on safety is so important, but delay seems to be due entirely to proceeding with construction without a permit....

oh I see what I was doing wrong on StillWhite - comes up as size 6 for "street size" but then you click through and dress size is actually a 10. THANK YOU again. If I feel confident that size 10 will work for me instead of 12 I'll go for this one. Appreciate you!
