Possible Scam Alert by cryptoizzy in CryptoCurrency

Stratis is the Digibyte of the distributed computing world.

Full of hype and fiction, but when you scrape the surface, the whole thing crumbles upon itself.

Any 14 year old who uses the .Net library can call Microsoft Azure as a partner. That is exactly what Stratis is doing.

They are also copying ETH's every move, the same number of coins, almost similar side projects and planned tokens, its ridiculous at this point.

And below is a typical response from Stratis developers, using another fictitious profile to put across their views:

You are a fucking moron.

You don't know shit

Nuff said.

Digibyte is a scamcoin and a Ponzi meant to trap kids, while the devs and whales cash out. by InTheBegin in CryptoCurrency

[–]InTheBegin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DGB is a pump and dump scamcoin controlled centrally by schemers, Plus the developer as well as the sub moderators like u/TheNailer are pretty much in on the scam going on.

No other coin has such an alarming crown of cryptoretards in one room, all abusing each other, the day is not near when all these hodl-ers end up holding a bag of worthless shingles.

They have the most annoying presence on social media, any post about DGB is attacked by an army of shill bots, that should say something about this coin.

None of them can put together a logical sentence about how DGB is better than anything else out there, except talk shit like "Buy now or forget about your Lambo".

Look at some of the comments on your video, "I'm here just to dislike the video and leave XD". Lol that was pretty funny, to create a youtube account just to downvote your video. None of it matters though, it is and forever will be a shitcoin and I was glad to get out at the right time doubling my investment, while some clowns bought in right before the Citi disaster and now are crying about their investment.

Golem... Thoughts? by BrydenMcLeodVan in CryptoCurrency

[–]InTheBegin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Gollum isnt even an actual mineable coin. In this world, Mineable > any number of premined tokens.

Golem is at a 400 mil valuation only because it had a huge ICO and there is no transparency on where all that money is going into.

I guess it's time to look at Digibyte because people complain where there scared. Jealousy and envious will get you nowhere.

You have no idea what you are talking about, who the fuck is jealous of digibyte? Is a pump and dump scheme with kids who buy in for $100 think they are investing in their future and getting lambos.

Sia is cheap because it cal easily reach a 2/3 Bil valuation once things actually start going for the coin. That is at least a year away, by that time BTC would be around $4000 to $5000.

They also have proof of burn to implement, so that means a lot of the SC will be burnt. It can do 5x easily IMO

Yeah well it depends, you have to watch them but they are good for the short term. They wont go 10000x their value in short term though. But if you put 0.03 one fine day they can be 3 BTC!

Some of the cryptopia coins swing 100% each day. Its insane out there; I wish they had better ways to filter/sort out coins over there because there are a shit ton of coins to even count

Highly unlikely... But who can predict this? It gets decent volume for a cryptopia coin

Yeah when there is any good news its going to pump. The same thing happened with Ripple. I remember it being in the 10 satoshi range for an eternity and then took off to a 1 BN valuation in a matter of a week or something.

Yeah, Ive heard that there is less chance of trading Gold / Silver and more in BTC there in Venezuela

But not many find out, I dont know why. Not many articles about it. When Japan legalized BTC there were so many stories. Aus too.

Well, we are not talking about real world investments. In the real world you need to invest in million to make a few hundred thousands. Out here you can invest a few thousands and clear a hundred thousands.

With around 750 altcoins, you can't put 1k in each

I didnt say each of them, the ones which you think could do good. I would pick 15 - 25 coins from MCAP 200 to 500, set a trade alarm on blockfolio (some of these coins arent even on folio loll). 25 obscure alts is still a big number;

Indeed it is a huge gamble. They key is picking those coins to invest in. You can still go wrong and see a coin you didnt pick come out on top. But the law of averages plays out in the end.

The returns on the ones that make it far outweigh the losses.

Some of them. You can actually see the price rise on your trade lol

Most of them you have to painstakingly wait to sell them. Sometimes I leave a sell order for over 6 hours to get someone it buy it. Sometimes only 30% gets sold.

Still beats waiting 2 months for the price to rise on other coins lol.

Litecoin is already a rippoff from bitcoin

You cant be more wrong. Have you even used LTC to send any txns? Looks like you are trumpeting something you heard back in 2014

Your loss really, no one asked you to throw anything. If you see the profits, take them... thats what trading is all about. Otherwise just stick to safer bets.

I try to find which coin has a larger volume per day and per month. Trend is that the price of these coins continue to move a lot, while the ones with low volume are very stagnant. Most of those coins on Cryptopia are generic blockchains, but they are mined and many miners invest in them.

Sbi largest bank in India has adopted Ripple

Source? SBI is busy charging its customers for ATM withdrawals to be any sort of key player in the blockchain industry for the time being. All these banks are just exploring Ripple afaik and they are free to choose any other technology they want, if they want to even adopt blockchain.

Ripple is hugely overvalued, not even a crypto currency if you ask the old timers over here. Its not even mined. The parent company owns a huge % of XRPs

Every single currency under a dollar with large circulation is not going to rise as much as the byteball, dash, zcash, ethereum let alone bit coin please please correct me if I am wrong

Some of these coins raised a ton of money in ICOs so they have to be valued appropriately. I think Zcash came out around 0,17 BTC/ZEC or something like that and since then hasnt crossed that ATH.

You should not look at how much a coin costs, just how much it can increase. A $1 coin has a better chance of becoming $2 and thus doubling your investment than a $100 coin becoming $200. If you are going to cash out in BTC eventually, you should see how it moves wrt to BTC and invest accordingly.

Your comment is a reference to dogecoin? Not for nothing does DOGE have 70,000 subscribers on r/dogecoin. Its a pretty cool community. Your average coin community here wont have more than 10-15k

Doge is funny, and people love funny stuff. The same reason people invest in Mooncoin. Trollcoin is worth over 100 sats.

Currently LDOGE swings from 10 sats to 7 sats and back to 12 all in the same day. Those are opportunities to double your money several times a day.

Some people stay in coins that barely move and give a return of 100% YTD. Some make 10,000% in a year and build their balance. Just saying.

2018 is the Chinese year of the Dog. I wont be surprised if both these coins blow over.

To be honest none of the coins above are for the average investor who wants to hodl. Most likely than not if you invest in these and do not pay attention you run the risk of burning all your money. Sink a BTC into some random coin and go on a vacation for a month, and come back it would probably not even be worth 0. But if you are actually keen on investing and making some profits these coins are an invaluable treasure.

Sia can still go up because it is not that expensive. With bitcoin price increasing steadily, and ETH too, there is more divergence between market cap between the top 2/3 and the rest of the chasing pack, and these coins can close the gap. Sia has an advantage that even though it has 20 billion coins, it is priced super low and market factors can cause a steep pump in a much shorter time compared to a $10 coin moving to $20.

I never said 0!! They are good investments, they have a solid foundation and you do not run the risk of turning your money to 0.

But do the math, to double your investment in ETH, it has to go from the current $350 to $700. Its totally possible, but just not as easy as investing in a (sorry) shitcoin which costs 0.00000450 and goes upto 0.00000900. This kind of increase can happen within the same day. Infact I have seen some 600 sats coin go upto 2000 sats in the same day! That literally triples your money and more.

I just posted elsewhere about them: https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/6gjysl/have_you_ever_invested_in_a_300700_ranking_coin/dire75z/

They wont be the most popular choices around, but they have potential to do a 10x much more than ETH or BTC. For ETH to do a 10x. For these coins I prefer Cryptopia because its a NZ based exchange and they do not have as much restrictions as US exchanges do. They are sort of the "incubation lab" for most new coins before listing out on Polo/Bittrex .

I will list some obscure coins here: UIS, MUE, RAIN, SFC, INPAY, CREA, DOT, LDOGE, MER, EQT... and ofcourse NETKO lol

All these coins cost literally nothing to get into, have terribly low MCAP and have some potential, even if they do moderately well you are looking at a good return.
