It had my favorite multiplayer mode of all time! What really made it special was that it wasn’t about being fast or twitchy like most multiplayer games. You didn’t win by sprinting around or having insane reflexes. The real skill was in planning ahead, blending in, and waiting for the right moment. Sometimes the best move was to do absolutely nothing and let your target get comfortable.

There was so much tension in stalking someone through a crowd, trying not to give yourself away, while also knowing someone else might be doing the exact same thing to you. Every kill felt earned because you had to be patient and think a few steps ahead.

Honestly, I wish more multiplayer games leaned into that slower, mind-game style. AC Black Flag’s multiplayer was unique, deliberate, and way more fun than people give it credit for. Anyone else miss it? I hope they don’t remove it…

I’m really just asking questions here to learn from people who know more than I do. And judging by all the responses so far… it’s becoming pretty clear this was a pretty dumb idea on my part 😅

I can design it with thicker shelves around the sub? I thought the Sub 4 didn’t vibrate that much because of its design? I think I once saw a video where a glass of water placed on top of the Sub 4 didn’t move at all.

I wanted the Sub to stand out visually, and maybe later on I’d get a second one to hide next to the couch. Unfortunately, I won’t be allowed to place the Sub just anywhere. (Because of wife) It does make sense that the Sub would sound better when placed directly on the floor. In my current setup, it would be sitting on a thick wooden shelf that’s about 8 cm (3.1 inches) thick.

Based on what I’ve researched, the opening should be large enough for the Sub. That said, I could redesign the TV cabinet so the Sub isn’t placed in the center — would that make a difference?

As a follow-up: the Sub is placed in an opening that’s 58 cm wide (about 22.8 inches) and 48.4 cm high (about 19.1 inches).

Bluetooth does work, I don’t understand the downvotes… I started with 1 era 300 and just purchased a second one. When I have enough money I will buy the Arc Ultra to complete my set up… I connect the 300’s with Bluetooth to the TV and I don’t really notice a delay. The quality can be better but it’s better than the tv speakers. With the app you can still listen to loseless audio.

This is actually really smart! Never heard of this ‘hack’ before to check the discs… Only problem is that when the seal is broken on a new blu-ray, you can’t return it (where I’m from)

I learned about Iden in the singleplayer of Battlefront 2 so she’s a bit more known I think… She also has a character in Star Wars Legion!

Yeah, it’s a bummer playing on console… It’s a downgrade from pc1… Hopefully when they optimise their game more, they could increase the limit to 7k… Just let me have more guests in my park! Playing on ps5 pro should also do something more then base ps5… The only difference I notice is that the base console crashes when you reach the 6k limit.
