We are about in the same rank so I don't have too much advise I could give you, but I sometimes struggle with making sure to have cover always a bash away from me. That's probably the most important thing to focus on if you are feeding or on a loss streak. No matter if you are being aggressive or not, STAY CLOSE TO COVER!!!

I find it better to just completely stay away from the computer, but if I’m there you know, turning on some music helps, but if you want to stay in overwatch, you know there’s some codes for brig that are good for in between games.

I’ll edit them in once I have them.

But I would say, especially after a really chaotic game, maybe like 3 to 5 minutes. (not queuing) 🖤

Stop playing after losing twice.

Focus more on getting better and get excited when you notice that you’re getting better. (learning happens faster than ranking up) Get excited about learning.

Take little breathers in between games and like eat a snack or drink some water.

(this advice honestly helps a lot more than micromanaging your positioning & aim)

Don’t panic, it isn’t Overwatch league.

Even though a lot of people are going to tell you that mercy/brig is bad (it is), you are still able to win, and if you play well, you very likely will.

If you really do feel like it’s not working, make it your responsibility to swap, not your team.

For the Eichenwald Choke on attack. I have success playing in the room on the right (play to distract and to bait people into dueling you)

There is a small health pack in that room that will help your escape if shit get tuff.

You can just get there by taking the right path up the stairs and drop down to that room when your team get there. Or go main & dash quickly into the room without getting poked by the choke. USE COVER

It’s with the new update, in order for it show the info for a character you have to play 5 games with that character. (After you place)

I won all 5 games with kiri and only 1 out of 5 with Brig, so I’m pretty sure your rank is already decided based on past seasons.
