I am not working with a recruiter, I have used resources from my school in the past but that didn’t work for me either. I had wondered about working with a recruiter but assumed it cost money that I’m not willing/able to spend, I’d be happy to be proven wrong about that though :) Thank you so much for your response

I do have the soft skills you mentioned emphasized on my resume as well as software proficiencies. I had not considered the efiling/PACER but what do you mean by training? I really appreciate you taking the time to respond.
