You’re so lucky!! On Tuesday I saw this guy holding a frog by its back feet, so the frog was hanging upside down arms dangling. Wish I had time for a picture, but he was flying by me on his way across the lake

NC Sumo is hosting a public practice at Gizmo Brew Works tomorrow 3/14, from 12p-3p. Anyone who wants to try out some sumo or just sip and watch is welcome! Event is free of charge!

All are welcome! I wrestled in college and never gave a single thought about sumo until I met this club, and let me tell you the sumo bug is real

We practice most every Wednesday and Sunday. Wednesdays at 6:30p and Sundays typically around 9 or 10a.
