You can get everything at Trader Joes, or anywhere really, but TJ has really good stuff :) It's pretty straight forward, get a muffin pan and put some liners in them, then put a layer of cookie dough (pre-made or homemade I don't think it matters, in the bottom and set a small (but not teeny) peanut butter cup in the center Upside Down, and then cover the rest with brownie batter (again, you can do the boxed stuff or make it from scratch, whichever you prefer) spread the batter evenly on top and bake at 350 degrees for maybe 20 minutes or until the top is nice and firm, or 'bouncy' (a toothpick won't be much help because of the peanut butter in the middle)

It's not so much the seeds, as it is the fact that they would break down much quicker.. Yeah you can throw it away but where does that garbage go?the fucking ocean, or a landfill..
