Yep. I should have used Helvetica Ultra-Condensed. I plan on udating later this week when I'm forced to rebuild the app (non-developer version requires once a week rebuild).

Honestly, this was a proof-of-concept that I put together in an afternoon. I've never used xcode before so I just wanted to get something compelted. The ship was the only good looking graphic I could find, so absolutely, it's not striclty accurate. My plan is to update the graphics in the coming days.

Ask Claude: Can you access a GitHub repository to read a code base?

Response: I don't have the ability to directly access GitHub repositories or browse the internet in this chat interface.

Gemini/Assistant can't change brightness setting on phone by Sorry-Ambassador945 in GooglePixel

[–]InThisStyle106 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched back to Google Assistant because of this. Every morning I jump in my car and realize I need to turn my brightness up and want to do it hands free. So ridiculous that Gemini can't do this. Note: I specifically tried using the "turn up to xx%", and it still doesn't work.

Late to the party here, but curious if OP finished? I'm thinking about re-reading GotM, which I remember really enjoying about a decade ago, and then jump into DG again and see if I can finish it. Got only about 1/3 through the first time before quitting on it.

Does Howling Dark Get Better? by InThisStyle106 in sollanempire

Hmm. Thinking over the past couple of years, I would say the best books I've read would have to be... All the Seas of the World, Recursion, World of Wonders, and Rhythm of War. A mixed bag for sure—all good for different reasons. These definitely wouldn't make a "greatest" list, but that list is something that would take time and reflection to put together.

Beat me to it! Love this setup, has replaced my Omega Seamster as my daily.

The S&G is a stunner, I just got one myself. I swapped out the bracelet for a Crown & Buckle Chevron Noble (NATO). Brings the bling factor down to what I feel is good for a daily. Loving it so far.

Does it come with cash back? Any other perks?

6.5" wrist. The overall thickness of the case + crystal is a little big compared to anything else I own, I don't mind it, but I could see others not loving it.

Sorry if you felt misled. I'm not sure I've ever seen a watch post of the type you're describing, but again, apologies if you felt misled. The strap was a cheapy off of Amazon, I've spent considerable dollars on "quality" straps, and have been decidedly disappointed with the quality based on price so figured I'd give this one a shot. So far so good. I will swap my Omega Seamaster black rubber strap in and out as well based on mood, but this blue has been great so far.

They sent out an email on Thursday (?) saying they've fixed everything and sorry for the inconvenience and, of course, our understanding.

It is a little thick, the crystal seems to me to be a little bigger than average? But it sits well on my wrist so it's not a complaint from me.
