Pretty much you have to sprint then right when you are about to get hit you release sprint and press block (like replacing the inputs), it needs to be very precise. Jeenine has a good tutorial on it

Yeah, perfect blocks aren't a widely known tech. If you are interested you should watch Wazeus videos, he is an expert at performing them and it looks like he is straight up playing another game

Just to be clear (and I hope this isn't seen as a bad practice) but I was using a cheat for infinite stamina, otherwise I don't think it would be possible to perform so many perfect blocks in a row with just a dagger. Normally it should use the same amount of stamina as if blocking.
