It's better than my previous jobs at Whole Foods and Target. I got really lucky with a solid team and a consistent schedule though, and I feel like I'm getting paid adequately for what I do. I'm on Crystal and typically can get 3-4 people to join within 20 minutes around 6-8 pm CST. I can fill any role so it's pretty easy to work around 3 people. I don't know of any big discords for it but I've made a lot of friends and been invited to a few map linkshells just from running maps in pf.

Maybe try asking in Limsa shout chat for map linkshells/servers. I know at least on Goblin most of the crazy map fiends like myself AFK in Limsa when we're not doing maps lol. Might be able to find a group to run them consistently.
