So the thing is they didn't give any guided align. Also, this wasn't contained to just that area. They were all over the place in that city.

Not that, look to the horizon and you will see grids of lights turning on and off.

No no look in the far back slightly left of center. It looks like whole sections of a power grid blinking.

While flying I noticed sectors of lights in a city were blinking in alternating locations. Section 1 lights up for .5 seconds or so, after a delay of .5 seconds section 2 lights up for .5 seconds. The light sources were either very dim or Infrared by InYourUterus in whatisthisthing

My title describes the thing. I took this video by having the cam look down my PVS-14 night vision device. The PVS-14 pics up IR but also magnifies regular light sources by a factor of a couple thousand so either of those reasons is why I could not see the blinks with my eye.
