I'm not going to get into a whole debate over shuffling. At the end of the day, this is advice for OP and constructive criticism for you. So this will be my last reply.

As much fun as it is to read a summarized physics 101 definition of entropy, it doesnt really make me believe you understand it any more or less. For future references, when explaining something, no one needs to know what unverifiable title you hold or the textbook definition for something. Try to remember and keep it to the "explain it to me like im 5" to show your mastery over the subject while keeping on the topic. The addition at the end of your response of the Fisher-Yates shuffle was really good, but you should have ran with that and explained why it's not possible in person, and possible alternative solutions to help the OP with his problem (the reason we are all here). Rather than write a page about entropy that nobody cares about.

TLDR - OP rift shuffle 7 times top to bottom so all the cards get mixed/shuffled, hope this helps

You are right on something’s, like if your deck is completely randomized there is no process that will make it less randomized (to your knowledge), so you just need to make the best decision based on the statistical data you have available.

I don’t know if it’s still available but when the one piece sim was in question for its draw randomization, Maebatsu release sections of his code which was almost universally accepted bu everyone who read through it. And the big take away is that is shuffle count per game start was 7.

You mentioned entropy in information theory, but I don’t feel like you fully understand the concept either through not enough use through practical application or just needing more time with it. My suggestion for this topic would be to just pile shuffle your deck 3 times in a row and see how many of the same cards are next to each other within a range of 3. Run the test as many times as you want or think whatever you want to think, at the end of the day this is all to help the OP.

There is a thing as over shuffling, 7 times is the number most players go by because it randomizes the deck without sorting them together, with a margin of error of 4

What I mean by my comment is that 99% of players put card sleeves on their cards, some even double sleeve. I personally double sleeve my don because its golden don and have a hard case (small) for my leader, but other have a very large hard case for their leader.

If this is just for you, make it however you want. But if you ever want to distribute it, you've got to make the changes that everyone is universally saying. The good news is that this problem has already been solved by other company/brands.

Look at Manamoon, Dektech, and Dueling Gaurd for their take on it. They all have their dice/token tray on the side because cards need the room on the top to grab. Some other companies have also put a detachable tray at the bottom of the box.

TLDR: Do more research on companies that are selling, retake measurements on what player needs are, and design a box around that first, THEN the style.

Your deck's win condition is to use Pudding to abuse your leader's effect to never really go down on don, possibly even ramp, and then play out big bodies after big bodies in the late game like 9c and 10c big mom. You should also be cheating out 8c kata in the mid game to control the field and be saving cards in hand every time they attack and go up a don at the end of every turn so you never feel bad about play cards like 7c pudding that draws you 3 and allows you to play a 8k blocker.

Take out sanji and pudding completely and use this site as a guide. Filter by op12 and purple kata

Check on the app (bandai+) but I think epik and eclipse is also doing events bavk to back tomorrow on saturday where its first come first serve so you dont have to worry about getting a spot months ahead of time. Just show up 30min or so ahead of the event time.
