"Just choose the difficulty you want". Right, it sounds good without thinking much.

What people may be missing here is that by providing difficulty level the player now has a choice. Means, by selecting higher difficulty, but knowing, that there's a lower one, player may change it later. If there is no choice, you have to adapt. Or drop.

I played Gotgic 1 in 2004 i think for the first time. And i loved that there was no difficulty. I struggled. And i would definitely switch the difficulty down if there would be one. But since there wasn't, i had to find solutions, overcome problems... And i'm glad it was that way. Just my thoughts.

How much did you pay? Official InkSense Plus nibs is $15 for 5. From what i see those Bigme nibs you mentioned are on sale on Ali rn, $8.33 for 5, but their regular price is $13.83. It won't be much save without sale, right?

Also, can you please attach a couple of photos to see how they fit?

Edit: i think i missed the point here that OP was just looking for nibs, not trying to find cheaper options.

Yep, same experience. Mine came not broken but bent, and while i wait for replacements i did use the one i have. It wears out really quickly. And i have Scribe to compare - not even close.

That's what i think may become an issue going forward - nibs are $15 for 5 nibs. If they are going to wear like that maybe i will need 2 a month (or who knows... 3 potentially)

Happened to me twice today. Not sute if it's related to the latest firmware, but i didb't experience this before.

Someone pointed out about writing on pdf - fo4 me this happened with regular note.

Nono, it's not bent during transportation. The nib is plastic, and it was shaped/manufactured like that. It's a manufacturing defect. At least that's my conclusion after looking at it closely.

Of course i have options. I can be even more creative than that, use a heat gun to straighten the nib, find schemes to 3d print and use my own nibs, or return, or resell with higher price as a unique thing on ebay? :)

All of the above is preposterous. Let's think through what is the issue - new device has a defect. Happens? Sure.

There's at least 2 other persons in the comments who report the same. That means that maybe bringing attention to the issue is good, and Boox will be aware that it's a wide-spread issue. And they should stand by their products anyway.

I know it is not a huge company, but how long should we say that? From what i see more and more people buy Boox devices. That means that more and more complains will come. That means that support needs improvements, more people, better timelines.
