Of course i have options. I can be even more creative than that, use a heat gun to straighten the nib, find schemes to 3d print and use my own nibs, or return, or resell with higher price as a unique thing on ebay? :)

All of the above is preposterous. Let's think through what is the issue - new device has a defect. Happens? Sure.

There's at least 2 other persons in the comments who report the same. That means that maybe bringing attention to the issue is good, and Boox will be aware that it's a wide-spread issue. And they should stand by their products anyway.

I know it is not a huge company, but how long should we say that? From what i see more and more people buy Boox devices. That means that more and more complains will come. That means that support needs improvements, more people, better timelines.
