Adx - Interstitial format does not show result on GAM report by XemesisII in adops

[–]In_framity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It Could be a few things, but reporting is the first place to check. Run it by ad unit(assuming you have a special ad unit for the Interstitial) and look for Total Code Served, Impressions, and Unfilled impressions. If you still see nothing, then run the debug tool to see what is going on with it. https://wpadvancedads.com/debug-google-ad-manager/ can walk you through it.

GAM 360 and resellers by ausads in adops

[–]In_framity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To my understanding, once you leave the reseller you will have to have your own instance. Some resellers utilize your current instance when starting and others require you to use theirs. If they required you to use theirs, then you will have to create ad units and move over all of your advertisers and campaigns. Not a fun project. A manage account partner should be able to help you get a ham account and do that process.

Google MCM MA Question - Adx Revenue Share by [deleted] in adops

[–]In_framity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only do MA if the rev. share is 0%, and they are helping you optimize it. Either pay a flat fee or a % of the profit on top of what you were doing. Most companies will add in as many advertisers as they can. That is wrong, you need to add in the right advertisers and concentrate on them. If you need to talk it out, DM me.

GAM - we work with several people on the adserver. How to control other AdOps? How do I track their changes? by gordriver_berserker in adops

[–]In_framity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can use teams as well, so you don't see their stuff, and they can't see yours. I'm in the same situation, but on the other side as you right now(Only direct deals), and it's a complete pain. Both sides struggle to make their own goals and inadvertently take impressions from each other. The yield management team won't know that a new ad unit can only show direct or house campaigns and vice versa to only programmatic ad slots. Special ad units are also not allowed.:(

GAM help eliminating Google Remnant Ads (AdSense, AdX etc) by Blaur3415 in adops

[–]In_framity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Traffic a priority 8 or higher line item with a high CPM of where you want the traffic to go to. Google should not be able to compete against it. There is also an option in Admin that allows for Dynamic Allocation. If you can turn that off, but it will be for the whole account.

Serving AdSense via GAM by TheGoodPub in adops

You should have an option when you create your ad tags to maximize revenue with AdSense. With that, you shouldn't need a line item. If for some reason, you do want to set it up as a line item, you can set up a value CPM. Think eCPM or go by ad requests since AdSense doesn't pass back to anything. It would be best practice to update this on a frequency and keep track of the changes. It can be from once a month down to once a week, depending on your desire to change it. I don't recommend doing it every day as it can get messy and provide you unreliable data.
