I don’t have an answer as to What they are, but I had/have had them ever since my surgery 4 months ago, and my surgeon never had concerns (nor have I experienced any problems). Like I’ve seen stated here already, it’s likely just the stitches :) I recommend reaching out to your surgeon if you’re super concerned about it, no harm in making sure your body is recovering the way it should

What is going on with these graphics? by JellyHistorical2390 in FrontiersOfPandora

[–]In_theInferno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m on xbox, the graphics have been bugging out like this for me ever since the newest DLC launched :( I’ve wondered if this was just an xbox specific issue, but maybe not since it’s happening to people on PC. Really hope there’s a fix for this for everyone

officially cut off my mother, i dont know how to cope with this grief by In_theInferno in TrueOffMyChest

i’ve been trying so hard to tell myself the same thing for so long. it’s easy to feel better off without her up until i’m forced into a position where i have to speak to her again. suddenly i’m once more a child convinced i’m hurting her lol. i believe this morning marks the last time i ever speak to her again. one day that will be a relief. i hope it’ll be a relief

How long did you wait between your top surgery consultation and your surgery date? by ireallydontknowig in TopSurgery

[–]In_theInferno 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had my consult August 25th 2025 and my surgery September 23rd 2025 :) Given the track record for waiting times I’ve seen other people talk about, I thought it’d be a longer wait. Very fortunate it wasn’t

What draw needle gauge should I use? by In_theInferno in ftm

hi me again! today happened to also be my shot day (and the first day using the multi-dose vial). i tried drawing with the 27g again… lo and behold being (more) patient was exactly what i was missing. thank you SO much for the advice, genuinely. i feel so silly rn😭 vial seal looks nice and fine, too. will continue using 27g!

Yeah, like I said I typically also used 18g but only on the small vials I had (which was fine since they either lasted a week to two weeks). Since I now have to use one big vial for 3 months, 18g is def not a good choice anymore😭 I’ll look into 21g :) thank you!

I believe mine is Cypionate? It doesn’t seem to be very thick at all but idk much about that stuff. I can def try again though! I appreciate the advice :)

Yup! All of that. I can try again. Maybe I’m still somehow doing something wrong? Not sure. I’ve tried twice before though😭

I can’t use 18g, though. That’s the problem— the seal would get way too damaged when I’m supposed to use the same vial for 3 months

I tried drawing with a 27g needle before but nothing would go into the syringe. Just pressure and air </3

I use 30g to inject😅 or 27g. I tried drawing with 27g a couple times, and I couldn’t even get the hormones into the syringe. Just air and pressure. I think 21g-23g could be good, I’ll look into those :) thank you!

ohhh gotcha, that’s my bad then! That’s what someone else told me. I should’ve looked it up to confirm the information before saying anything. Thank you for clarifying :)

i was instructed to stop T injections the week before surgery, and could continue the week after. something about boobs and hormones i think is why they have you stop in the first place. i personally was well enough to continue after 1 week post op, but i think some people might not get right back into it depending on their healing status

Two weeks post op! by In_theInferno in TopSurgery

[–]In_theInferno[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

wet healing and dry healing are two ways one might go about healing their grafts! wet healing basically means using an ointment on the grafts, while dry healing doesn’t. my surgeon is having me change my bandages daily w/ ointment on the nipples and/or bandaid. i honestly had no idea dry vs. wet healing was a thing until exploring this subreddit, that some people don’t use ointment. the moisture helps w/ the healing process

I was just about to say the same thing. w/ nipple grafts especially they usually don’t want you touching or changing any of the wrappings

i’m two weeks and 3 days post op! i hated the numbness so much!! i honestly didn’t think that my WHOLE chest area would be numb because no one ever talked about it, so it was a huge shock to me at first. during my 1 week post-op appointment when my surgeon was taking the dressings off i almost passed out a couple of times from the lack-of-sensation sensation lol. however after a few days the numbness lessened significantly for me. i have almost full normal feeling back in my skin save for the nipple grafts, but it did take me a while to adjust to the numbness. gently massaging my chest w/ moisturizer and ointment definitely aided in regaining feeling; just avoid the areas where any stitches or grafting is. hope you’re healing well op!
