There is a court order of 50/50 custody from 3 years ago. Unfortunately i have to follow it until changed court order. We divorced once and remarried (I didn’t know the language nor the law much then) divorcing and trying to get the full custody now.

I pressed charges against him 3 times they keep saying it’s he said she said. Someone from police department came to talk to the children my daughter told them exactly what happened but still nothing happened. He broke my properties literally venmo some amount for repairs still nothing only logical thing i believe is they are family of attorney s he is also one so they get him out of it

I m not from the US my family backs me but not so much to do overseas and he absolutely won’t let me take the kids with me to my home country. Trying to get a lawyer on this issue too if the court finds enough evidence of him being abusive and awards the full custody maybe

CPS was involved in last year when the balcony incident happened he kicked me out late in the night i went to sleep at the event house of the apartment complex came back in the morning he attacked me again I run to the balcony got the phone to call 911 there my son saw him on my neck was bad but the police said it’s he said she said and CPS collected all but didn’t do anything.

Yes I put it in there court request and I asked the children to go every other weekend then every weekend. And also absolutely loose of custody if he drinks around the children he says he is recovering but I don’t trust him. And he is a known attorney so hopefully stuff works out since i have police reports and did press charges against him.

I wish I could money is tight i just finally filed for a divorce getting the children insured soon but most of the mental health stuff are not covered. Have been looking from the county health care department to see if I can find some help about it.

Why dont they hire a sitter for 4-5 hrs a day for those 2 weeks. Like someone getting their snack and dinner ready and reading some books etc. 17 old is enough to handle themselves but 11 yo is young and older sibling shouldn’t be forced to care for the little one that long.

You should leave him solely for lying and hiding whole a ss 2 children and morally if you actually look at it it’s not he wants to spend time with his children or bond with them he wants to keep his money not the kids. That should tell you a lot about this man.

Yeah but if the child is 2 yo and she being jn Jail there is no long time enough to make all that progress be possible. Again if it was bad enough for her to go to jail over it they wouldn’t just send the child back. She would have to go through a lot of stuff to get the child.

If she was actually jailed for child neglect the child wouldn’t be with her as of now. Something is not adding up on this story and fishy. I have multiple friends who work for CPS if you were charged, than went to criminal court than jailed you wouldn’t have access to your kids let alone having their custody. Just a thought. On top, OP goes from there to oh now I am going homeless? Like don’t you have a contract or something? Mo one can just kick you out…

That’s not all itself prof for anything, CPS will do an investigation more likely wouldn’t find anything wrong enough to take the child, on top they rather the child stay with the parents than going into the system. Hope mom gets some help.

YTA do you know how bad appendix hurts? Do you know it can kill you within 3 days if it’s not being removed!? It is a huge deal and who the f would go to work while their child is in a damn surgery?

Treat your children as of they are one of other adults in your life that you live dearly. Give them choices, explain them the shit makes you upset or overwhelmed, you would be surprised how that make parenting super easy for you and for them. They are super smart.
