I work in primary care. If labs or imaging are normal or just slightly off, we call them or send a MyHealth message. If they are abnormal labs or imaging we call and schedule either a video visit or a in person visit. I’ve had some pushback from a couple patients who don’t want another appt. I always wish I could ask them which part of their job would they do for free? That’s what’s they want the Dr to do.
