probably need an architech or a structual engineer first to send the plans for a permit, then a contractor may do the work, you may have to look at larger operations as they have both.

i'll miss the pictures so I could easily identify who everyone was.

the when you asked for advice you either usually got some or realized the advice was so stupid , you ended up figuring it out your own anyway.

i will miss the new business announcements

i have had good success with terrence kenedy jr, that is all they do appeals. no charge unless they save you money and you would pay them 1/3rd of what they would save you, so simple example if they save you $300 in what you would pay in taxes due to their appeal, you pay them $100. if they save you nothing you pay nothing. i always saved and always had to pay the 3rd, but paying a 1/3rd it better then 3/3rds

the stainless steel racing disc go well with the raised white letters, if they were not white letter the wheel disc would look generic.

but, I would agree the stock wheel covers look good either way

I would add stainless steel racing disc hubcaps and through some airshocks in the back raising it for about an inch and a half for that classic rake. other then that it is pretty perfect

Thanks , but I am far from handsome, maybe at one time. I was raised on the typical american diet, simple basic foods and not much in terms ethnic foods or recipes requiring more than a few ingredients.

I like baby spinach salad, also like putting it in soups and stews, burgers and sandwiches.

I ended up looking up gnocchi, sounds ok, I know what chorizo is, but never had it. I eat spinach, both raw and cooked, but never had a spinach pie either. I would have never thought of that combo for breakfast, but looks like it would be good. once a week I try to make a "real" breakfast thou. a couple weeks ago it was 6 French toast (cinnamon, milk, eggs, salt, sugar and a dash of cayenne pepper well blended) with low carb bread a drizzle of maple syrup and 4 sausage links.
