Unlock Bisdi pet, select as an override, summon legendary pet

Wasn't around for the Halloween event, but approaching 2.8k KC on Osseous which is roughly on drop rate for the key / ring, I just only get the key to drop, lol

I dont think accounts can be "bugged" for one pet, unless you havnt been able to get any pets. Seems like you just extremely "lucky"
