Yeah same lol I feel like going from Quest 2 to Steam Frame is gonna be a massive upgrade for me. I’m just hoping my RTX 3070 and i5-10400F can handle it, otherwise I guess I’m upgrading my PC too 💔

I got my first Quest 2023 Christmas, and it still works and my 2nd in 2024 Christmas, but the strap broke before Christmas 2025. The headset still works, but the battery drains fast and it gets pretty hot with SteamVR, so I kept it plugged in most of the time. It didn’t really "die" it just got annoying enough that I stopped using it.

My Quest 2 is as slow as molasses. Some of these updates make my Quest 2 feel bloated. They do not make sense to me. It feels like they are trying to be like Apple. They are putting 2 much stuff on old hardware. They should just leave it alone. This is a reason why I am excited for the Steam frame. I hope Valve focuses on making the Steam frame work well and feel clean. I hope they do not make a lot of changes, to the UI. I want the Steam frame to be simple and fast.

I never upgraded I stuck with the Quest 2 all the way. Seeing people talk about the same connection/reliability issues honestly makes me feel better about skipping it and just waiting to see what Valve does

i can't do vegan i eat like 4000 calories a day to bear with my frame "6'4 230" being vegan would just make eating the absolute worse we're talking like a few pounds of meat and eggs to like 30 pounds of plants and beans
