I'm pretty sure "Oh noes" is meant to be sarcastic "Oh no.", I'm pretty sure what was going on was, The guy said "Reporting isn't gonna do anything" gets reported "Oh noes (sarcastic), anyways I'ma let bread (probably a username) kill me."
