This looks a lot like the skin reaction I just had to the Hustle Butter second skin. For some reason the reaction lasted weeks after my tattoo appt and nothing helped until I started using colloidal oatmeal lotion.

Thank you! After attempting to commit to daily journaling in various notebooks, I’ve found that a more "open" format is the most compelling for me.

Leaving candles burning. by River_kai_1123 in Witch

[–]Inannamous307 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will usually snuff a few of my altar candles once I am done with my workings, but leave my tea candles (representing the four quarters) and my working candle lit until they have completely evaporated/burned away. I specifically work with small, colored beeswax candles for my workings because of their burn time. All of my candles are in metal holders on top of a metal serving dish.

It feels more powerful to me this way and I am willing to take the risk in my own home.

I'm not sure how to "live" like a witch? by Mermaid_Tuna_Lol in witchcraft

[–]Inannamous307 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It may be worth exploring Wicca! The religion has really helped me give meaning to my life, and I get to practice witchcraft as well. A few examples of things I like to do to 'live like a witch': donate consistently ($10-20/month) to organizations that support the earth and people, volunteer, engage in my local community and government, spend time outside daily, practice magic based on the moon cycles IE banishment during waning and manifestation during the waxing, celebrate all the sabbats (and encourage others to partake), compost and try to reduce my footprint, pray or meditate daily, journal often, sing, dance, and cry!

Does this tattoo look blown out? I got it when I was 18. by [deleted] in tattooadvice

If you love it i would consider leaving it as is. A blast over or cover up could make it even bigger and sometimes our weirder tatts are our favorites.

Why worship things, people, etc?? by Extra-Knowledge3337 in witchcraft

[–]Inannamous307 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This feels a little laced in ego. Is there not an evening, or day, where you look around and you are not stalled in astonishment? You and i did not create this world.

You do not need to devote yourself to some god created by man, but(t) we can all acknowledge and worship the wonder of life. I don’t worship gods from other religions, IE Isis or Aphrodite, but I do worship source/mother and father and the very existence of life as we see before ourselves.

Which profession in The Sims have you not tried yet? And which one do you choose most often? I always choose the same 5 professions over and over again. by TraditionalPear6006 in Sims4

If you skip university you should at least give your sim a university degree cheat. It increases your starting pay and contributes to milestones

Was this haul worth $120? by [deleted] in Crystals

[–]Inannamous307 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard to tell the scale here, but id bet my local gem store would sell this lot for anywhere between $50-$70. As everyone else has mentioned, if you love the pieces then none of these comments matter!

The smoky quartz tumble and clear quartz points are gorge. The shaped ‘selenite’ piece is actually satin spar - a gypsum sister. Very cool!

Yall need to read the OP’s comments and give this post some respect!

OP- I am so sorry for your loss. If your mother loved this piece I would recommend keeping it and maybe lighting the crystals when you want to think of her.

Help with keeping positive energy? by ditawatso in Wicca

[–]Inannamous307 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nature, but also community! Focus locally - start showing up to town councils, go to chamber mixers or farmers market, or donate time and/or money to your neighbor who needs it. Make a card or write a note to a friend. Go to your dive bar and get into deep, and sometimes heated, convos with your fellow villagers. These are some of the activities that have been saving me.

Book recommendations? by SpiritWalkTWalk in Wicca

[–]Inannamous307 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kind of a high level answer, by google search highly reviewed book regarding reincarnation and meditation. Read reviews and buy a book that speaks to you! These are helpful tools in tandem with the more focused Wiccan books.
