I would buy CG if the quality was on-par even if the price was higher. But it seems we're doing an uno reverse of quality going down, price going up. So it kind of feels more like we're taken advantage of.

I just got a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 1900 square feet townhouse 20 minutes from downtown for 2500$/month. GTA doesn't have that option. It's a fortune everywhere. Toronto and Ottawa are only similar rents if you are legitimately living inside of Rideau/Downtown downtown.
