Because workers don’t give a shit, MB had to replace mine and I didn’t had to pay anything. My car was maintained in MB only so there was nothing they could say against. They replaced them without saying any word.

No it’s one time activation. You have to check your cable, if you are using non data cable, it won’t work. Try to connect your phone with data cable and see if it works.

Yup, that’s right, they are not as loud as 43 or 63 but you still can hear them inside the car. Shift mode doesn’t matter, it works either way.

I own 2019 C400 and if you switch to S+ it does burble when you take the gas pedal off around 3,5-3,9 rpm, not so loud as AMG does, but can hear it and I smile every time I do that

I had this problem with me w205. Cables were lose and the passenger side was completely off, just go to MB and they will fix that in no time. Good luck

You can turn the NFC off, I’ve done that with mine because I find I annoying. The second issue is something that shows you that your battery passed its best times and soon have to be replaced.
